I too do my food on sunday. Works best for me b/c it's a day off from training and I do my food shopping then too.

x2 for only wearing weight belt on heavy work. on squat and deads (and their variants) only. no need for core support with preacher curls, bro.

I do all my weekly food prep on Sunday... it is a hassle but so worth it! I love having my fridge full of little plastic containers with ready-to-go healthy food.
Btw, I LOVE Inglorious Basterds. Such an awesome movie!!! (And that's although I was the world's greatest Brad Pitt Fan before he hooked up with that b!tch)

Tony,

While there is definitely some upside to using a belt, would you say it is an absolute necessity for deadlifts or squats at or above 90 percent, or would that likely only be the case if testing for a new PR?
