Tony:

How much med ball work are you doing with your general adult fitness clients (those coming in 2-3 days/week)? What are your favorite drills/throws to use with this population?

Great source for information as usual Tony! Excited to check out Pallof's site for sure. Had a quick question on deadlifting. As I mentioned when commenting on your 600 lb ninja lift, I'm a little unsure on some aspects of deadlifting technique. After scouring T-nation I can't seem to find a deadlifting article that addresses this specifically. When lower the weight, should you be engaging your lower back extensors? As in, should there be a slight arch in your lower back? I know you definitely don't want it to round, but should you arch some? I have a hard time keeping my chest up properly without arching some, but this could have to do with limited thoracic spine mobility. Any advice on this you could give or resources for info would be much appreciated. Your site rocks man, I read it with my cup o Joe at work every day. My girlfriend reads it too.
