I appreciated the reminder of the importance of "balance" cardio-weights-nutrition... I have stayed clear of heavier weights for the fear of "bulking" as you mention - I understand the physics behind your advice. Thanks!! - great info! Thanks also Nick-SpartanStrengthGym for the link-to.

A great post (as usual). I think all of us were able to take something away from this workshop. The Q& A afterwards was also quite clutch. And I'm definitely not biased just because you gave me a shout-out for the 4 hour troop! Looking forward to May!

Wait - where are the chinup progressions? It's my goal to get to an overhand chin up this year... I've been doing negatives from a doorway chinup bar and doing some austrailian pullups with a rope net I crawl under at a playground....

did I miss them?

Tony,

To piggy back question above, RELEASE THIS TO THE WORRLLDD.

What are you looking for when testing adductor length. As in range etc. Apart from testing that way, are there any others that you use for adductors. I find that using the supine faber that sometimes its limited by the muscles on the outside of the hip. Thoughts?

Any chance the whole thing was taped and would be available to the masses?
I will be curious to see if anything trickles down to my BSC where I have never, ever seen any kind of warm-up or mobility work going on. I'm the only one doing any mobility work and I'm certainly not the only one who needs it.
